Training schedule: Ironman Triatlon

An Ironman triathlon is a long distance triathlon consisting of a 3.9 km swim, 180.2 km bike ride and a 42.2 km marathon run. In total you cover a total of 226.3 km in a day. Do you want to go for this ultra challenge. Then assume that a beginner starts with a trajectory of 24 weeks.

If the entire Ironman is still too much of a challenge, you can also choose to do an Ironman 70.3. The 70.3 triathlon consisting of a 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike ride and a 21.1 km half marathon run. In total you cover a total of 113.0 km km.

There is also a short distance called the ironman 50i50. The name comes from the total distance of the race equal to 51 kilometers. The race consists of a 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike ride and a 10 km run.

If you opt for this challenge, we will create a tailor-made training schedule for you. We work with advanced programs such as Trainingpeaks to guide you as well as possible in your training process and towards your goal. Personal contact and interaction is an essential part of this process.

Training schedule: Obstacle Running

Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) is a sport in which a competitor races to conquer the course where terrain, weather conditions and various physical challenges in the form of obstacles must be overcome.

Races range in length from courses with closely spaced obstacles to multi-kilometer events that include elements of track, road and/or cross-country/trail running. Examples of obstacles include: climbing over walls or ropes, monkey bars, carrying heavy objects, traversing bodies of water or mud, crawling under barbed wire, swimming, and jumping through fire.

If you choose this challenge, we will mainly focus on running and strength training. We work with advanced programs to guide you as well as possible in your training process and towards your goal.

From 5 km run or 60+ KM Run, we specialize in all distances.
